This Privacy Policy applies to the BizCity Workspace mobile application (available on iOS and Android), our client web portals, and all associated enterprise office management services. By accessing or using our application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect personal information necessary to deliver seamless office reservations, tenant collaboration, and digital hospitality services:

The BizCity Workspace mobile application requests access to specific device features solely to enable core workspace utilities:

• Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Used to identify nearby BizCity business centers, display customized floor blueprints, and assist with indoor location wayfinding across office areas.
• Camera (CAMERA): Used exclusively when you choose to take a photo for your user profile avatar, scan documents, or submit maintenance/repair issue attachments.
• Photo Library & Storage (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Used to select images from your gallery for profile updates or upload PDF documents (such as corporate trade licenses).
• Push Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to deliver real-time booking reminders, security OTPs, cafe order readiness alerts, and company announcements.

We utilize your information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Service Provision: Facilitating workspace allocations, conference room reservations, and desk management.
• Access Control & Security: Verifying tenant credentials, generating QR entrance passes, and securing building areas.
• Customer Support: Responding to private cleaning, delivery desk, and maintenance issue requests.
• Billing & Invoicing: Generating accurate VAT receipts and managing corporate wallet balances.

All online credit and debit card payments within BizCity Workspace are processed through certified, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (such as N-Genius by Network International).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Data may only be shared with authorized service providers under strict data processing agreements:

• Payment Gateways: To authorize and settle booking transactions.
• Cloud Infrastructure: High-security cloud servers hosting backend APIs with TLS/SSL encryption.
• Building Facilities Management: To facilitate physical building access and security logs.
